About Wendy Drummond

Wendy Drummond is an attorney, businesswoman, and nonprofit leader with extensive experience spanning corporate governance, employment law, technology, and executive leadership. She practices employment and entertainment law while overseeing five family-owned businesses and serving as a director on the board of Blue Sky Bank. Previously, she spent seven years as CEO of Premier Wireless and now serves as its Board Chair. Her expertise includes technology and wireless industries, corporate culture, governance, human resources, and executive development and compensation.

On the national non-profit level, she served on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she was a member of both the Executive Committee and the Executive Compensation Committee. She also served on the Girl Scouts USA board as the International Commissioner and a member of the Executive Committee. In Maine, she serves on the Farnsworth Art Museum board, chairing its Advancement Committee.

Her impact in Oklahoma has been extensive, including serving as Chair of Tulsa’s Film, Music, Arts, and Culture Commission, as an executive board member of Tulsa Regional Tourism, and as a trustee of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, where she led its Bylaws and Governance Committee. She also served on the state board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, was Board Chair of Emergency Infant Services and of Lindsey House, a transitional living center for homeless women with children. Additionally, she was a director and Personnel Committee Chair for the Tulsa Botanic Garden. Wendy’s education reflects her global perspective.

After studying in Italy, Switzerland, and England, she earned her B.A. in International Studies from American University. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa. She further honed her governance expertise by completing the Stanford Directors’ College program in 2021. Wendy and her husband, Gentner, have six children and seven children. They love spending time on their cattle ranch in Oklahoma and doing all things outdoors, especially, hiking, kayaking and exploring Maine.
