About Bruce Willard

Bruce Willard has spent close to 50 years in the direct marketing and retail industry, initially as an employee of L.L. Bean and then as Founder/CEO/Chairman/Owner of The Territory Ahead, Quickfeat International, Sundance Catalog, Athleta, and most recently 32 Bar Blues, and Carbon 2 Cobalt.

In addition to his work in the clothing industry, he has published 3 books of poetry and his poems have appeared nationally in numerous literary journals. He has also produced 3 music series – Jazz at the Lobero, Sings Like Hell, and Vail Jazz – and is founder of the 32 Bar Blues Foundation which supports American music and literature. He lives in Boothbay Harbor and winters in Colorado and California.
