About Jack Fulmer

Jack Fulmer graduated from Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He was designated as a U. S. Naval Flight Surgeon, is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He practiced surgery at St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida where he served as the Chair of the Department of Surgery, Medical Director, President of the Medical Staff, and a member of the Board of Directors. When Mayo Clinic expanded its practice to Jacksonville, Florida, he became a Consultant in the Department of Surgery, served as the Chair of the Surgical Practice Committee, Co-Chair of the Breast Clinic, and chaired the new Mayo Hospital project which culminated in the present Mayo Hospital in Florida. Since retirement he has established year around residency in Maine. He is a past President of the Boothbay Region Land Trust. At LincolnHealth, he is Chair of the Board and a member of the Mid Coast-Parkview Health / LincolnHealth Community Health Improvement Fund Committee. He continues to serve on the Board of St. Andrews Village Association.
